Account and information accuracy
Users are responsible for accurate information, account security and protection of login credentials.
Vehicle and dealer information
Prices, specifications, availability and dealer information may originate from third-party sources and dealers and must be independently verified.
Payments and services
Only services formally recorded and confirmed through the platform are considered CARLOG AUTO services. Direct vehicle payment to a dealer is subject to a separate agreement.
Prohibited use
Fraud, false information, unauthorized access, system interference and unlawful activity are prohibited.
Limits of responsibility
The platform provides information and coordination. Legal responsibility is determined by the applicable contract, invoice and confirmed service scope.
Changes
These terms may be updated. Users may be required to accept a new version when it becomes effective.
